Clearance and formalities
Port entry and departure, customs, immigration and quarantine, and the fishing and catch paperwork the authorities ask for.
Berth and port operations
Berth booked before arrival, pilotage and tugs ordered, mooring gangs, shifting between quays, waste and sludge landed.
Crew changes
Sign-on and sign-off letters, visas, airport transfers, hotels, medical appointments and repatriation.
Catch landing and transshipment
Cold store booked, weighing and grading gangs, stevedores, reefer stuffing and the export paperwork.
Bunkers, water and repairs
Fuel and lube oil against your nomination, fresh water alongside, class surveyors attended and yard bookings arranged.
Accounts and cash
Proforma account before arrival, port dues paid on your behalf, cash to master, and a final account with receipts attached.
